What can I Do If POA Has Not filed Will in District/Probate Court or Given Me Copy Of Will?

My sister appointed herself Power of Attorney and got a Notary to come to my moms home to sign a will she printed off line leaving 100% to herself. She got rid of my mom doctor, and she did almost everyone from her life with her vicious mouth and bad attitude, and had an old doctor of mine through Hospice going to check on her. In this will she leaves 100% of everything to herself, and then states that all the children where not to argue and fight, but to divide things peacefully among each other. Doesn't make any sense, My son did (told me what was on it), which resulted into a full blown argument and her getting him put to jail, and calling someone to invent some story to create problems for me which backfired on her.

She was pawing all my moms jewelry, sold her car. put all her furnishings on the sidewalk for anyone to take, sold off other assets, got my mom to sign a contract to buy a car, was building onto her home and using the money from my moms bank accounts to pay for them along with for personal use prior to her death. My mother passed last July 2014, and I still have not seen or been given a copy of that will after requesting it three times and being ignored. All I received was a ziplock bag of junk jewelry, my moms glasses, and two Native American Dolls I bought her years ago, that my sister came and left at my door.

I have been very ill, and was especially so last year and was not able to mobilize well. I have a recording where she called me several times and left nasty vulgar VM messages and stated she was going to report me to APD, in my condition I couldn't afford the risk of some crazy accusation and going to jail even tough I never did anything wrong but go over there to help my mom. I can't deal with her personally, she is a verbally abusive, and an overt/malignant narcissist under Psychiatric care being treated with Psych meds. She wanted everyone out of my moms life, and abused everyone that was to get rid of all and isolate my mom. She had an agenda and we would have been a liability to her.

It wasn't until a few days ago that I found out I could have been able to stop her while my mom was alive, Also found out she hasn't filed the will in District or Probate Court, had the add printed for creditors, and that the deed is still in my moms name. I called a lawyer and she wants 30,000 dollars, I don't have that, and I know for a fact she hasn't that kind of money either. My mom had a lot of money saved in her checking/savings account, and she's blown through all that too. Is there anything I can do? Thank you.

I just want to thank you for this site. It answered my questions. I think many people that do research on the net take it for granted and when they find what they are looking for they forget "someone put time, money, etc into providing me with this information."

Thank you!
