State Medicaid Phone Numbers

We get lots of questions about how to contact a particular state medicaid office. For instance, this came in today: How do I go about getting the contact info. for the Texas Medicaid bureau? It seems like every Medicaid number I have contacted so far gives me "that question doesn't relate to my department" and then getting a human voice instead of voicemail is another issue I face. Needless to say, it has been exhausting trying to find answers. I just want to make sure I do the right thing by Medicaid guide lines without affecting current benefits. Please advise if possible with a good contact number for Texas. So we did a bit of research and found this site which lists contact information (address and phone number) of medicaid offices (where to apply) in each state. Here it is: |
