Any Limitations on Gaming Medicaid System?

by Libertarian Gamer Jimbino
(Rio de Janeiro)

Medicaid System Favors Married Heterosexuals over Singles and Gays

I despise our gummint's socialist programs, including medicaid, particularly because they favor married heterosexual breeders over childfree singles and gays.

That said, if I were faced with a nursing-home situation for myself, I would be eager to game the system by marrying an old friend, putting a swimming pool in the house, etc, so as to enhance my ultimate benefit and any benefit to my heirs.

I am NOT speaking of engaging in any fraud or illegal activity, but merely gaming the socialist system, which, like marrying for a tax break or moving to Massachusetts if sick, is perfectly legal.

What limitations would is see to my policy? For example, can I marry, buy a house, and move in with my spouse the very day before I enter the nursing home?
